General Details
Framework, floorings and roofs are made of reinforced concrete. Anti-seismic and static study according to the Cyprus Code.

Plastering
All exterior surfaces are plastered with two layers of plaster and decorated with grafiato (decorative texture) covering.
The interior walls are plastered and painted with three coats of emulsion paint.
The ceilings are plastered with three layers of plaster and painted with three coats of emulsion paint.

Sanitary ware and wall tiles
The total cost of the bathrooms, lavatories,basins, kitchen sinks, mixers, good quality accessories and porcelain tiles is:
Houses: 2,200 CYP
Maisonettes: 1,000 CYP
(The bathroom, shower and toilet walls, as well as the kitchen walls between the worktop and the wall cabinets, are fitted with tiles)

Flooring
All ground floor areas are covered with ceramic tiles:
Houses: CYP 10/m2
Maisonettes: CYP 8/m2
All bedrooms are covered with laminated parquet:
CYP 10/m2.
The verandas are covered with ceramic tiles CYP 5/m2.

Fitted Furniture
The exterior of the kitchen cabinets, doors and bedroom wardrobes are covered with a thin layer of oak wood and the interiors in oak melamine.
Imported ready made kitchen worktop.

Exterior Doors  & Windows
Doors and windows are double glazed (one side is clear and the other side is tinted), the frames are made of aluminium. They are fitted directly to the wall with all necessary accessories.
Main entrance: solid wood Irocco.

Interior doors
All interior doors are made of soft wood and are covered with oak or beech wood. Wooden frames, support the doors and they are fitted with good quality accessories.

Water Supply
Individual meter for each unit, water tank 1t and solar water-heater costing 400 CYP.  Cold and hot water supply to the kitchen, bathrooms and toilets.

Electrical installation
Complete electrical installation with individual meter for each house according to the requirements of the E.A.C (Electricity Authority of Cyprus). Sufficient lighting points and sockets in all rooms. Provision for telephone and TV points.

Heating - Air Conditioning
Houses: There will be provisions for future installation of central heating (petroleum) as well as provisions for future air conditioning installation in all rooms.
Maizonetes: There will be provisions for future air conditioning  installation in all rooms.

Balustrades
The cost of all balustrades is CYP 20 per running metre.

Alterations on specifications and plans
The client can ask for alterations on pre-arrangements or on the plans, but the seller is entitled to refuse any alteration that will change the design, character or strength of the buildings.  There will be an extra charge depending on the type of alteration(s).
